Dihydrokortikosteron (5α-dihydrokortikosteron, 5α-DHA, 11β,21-dihydroxy-5α-pregnan-3,20-dion) je endogenní mineralokortikoidní steroidní hormon a neurosteroid . Syntetizován z kortikosteronu za účasti enzymu 5α-reduktázy . Dihydrokortikosteron má centrální inhibiční účinek a zhoršuje dlouhodobou potenciaci u zvířat.
